Bjørne Hoff
Founder and Managing Director
Bjørne Hoff is a creative technologist and immersive experience designer with a background in film, virtual production, and VR training. He has a long-standing interest in how technology can make learning more tangible and engaging.
Before founding Reynir Virtual, he spent nearly a decade in Japan working across culture, media, and emerging technology — from producing television stories to leading development teams on large-scale XR projects. As Chief Technology Officer, he oversaw the creation of complex virtual training environments and detailed digital twins for industry, combining accuracy, realism, and usability.
In 2025, he established Reynir Virtual AS in Norway to continue this work: building immersive solutions for training, education, and cultural preservation. He also collaborates with Fynd Reality as a Senior Creative Consultant, contributing to the development of the Fynd CORE platform for interactive VR learning.
His work rests on one belief, that experience teaches best.
